After a rough (eating wise) Thanksgiving at the cottage it was back to the gym this week. The week was filled with two a days to make up for lost time. For the first time in months my biceps were actually sore after my Wednesday workout. Today is a big chest day followed by a rest day tomorrow. A rest day for me means a night spent playing hockey. I need to get up around 170lbs by January, and seeing as I am about 150lbs now I have a lot of work to do but I am confident it will all workout.
